• At Studio Candles, we offer reliable shipping through Royal Mail to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. We currently only ship within the UK and do not offer international shipping.

We provide tracked shipping for all orders, and tracking information will be shared with you as soon as your package is on its way. You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s progress on the Royal Mail website.

Returns policy

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or faulty.

• We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your returned item arrives safely. Please note that some delivery services will not insure candles or items made from glass.
